Harley DuMonde, LLC is seeking private lenders with capital to invest that will allow us to acquire more property.

We generate mortgages on Real Estate in the North Atlanta suburban area, North Fulton, Cherokee, Forsyth, Dawson & Hall Counties. Lenders are investing to cover our costs for holding property and renovations which enables us to continue the acquisition of additional property. 

We are seeking:

Investments of $5,000 to $50,000. Typical investments are $15,000.

Earn a fixed rate of 8% to 12% which can be tax-free or tax deferred if investing using your retirement account.

Investments are secured by a mortgage on each individual house.

Investment terms range from 6 months to 3 years.
